Eligibility and Guidelines
Healthy individuals aged 18–65 years, weighing over 45 kg, and with hemoglobin levels above 12.5 gm/dl can safely donate blood. Donors should have normal blood pressure and body temperature and be free from infections, recent illnesses, or major surgeries. People with chronic diseases, recent tattoos, or recent donations are advised to wait before donating again. Every donor voluntarily gives consent, following ethical and safe practices.
